Other Property Information. Within 10 days of Landlord's written request, Tenant will furnish to Landlord (i) copies of all warranties applicable to the Property, (ii) copies of all licenses and permits required for the operation of the Property; (iii) copies of all utility bills (for the past 6 months) pertaining to the Property, and (iv) copies of all vendor or service contracts then in force with respect to the Property.
Other Property Information. Sellers agree to deliver the items listed on SCHEDULE 7 attached hereto, to Purchaser on or before March 28, 2003. In addition, through the end of the Feasibility Period, Seller agrees to promptly deliver such other items that the Purchaser reasonably requests.
Other Property Information. If, based upon Purchaser's examination of the Records pursuant to Section 5(b) above, Purchaser shall determine that any information, statement or data contained in any information, reports, statement or data furnished to Purchaser or used in its economic analysis of the Property is not true or correct in any material respect, upon discovery of any incorrect information Purchaser may give written notice to Sellers of such inaccuracy or misstatement. Any such notice must be provided during the Review Period or it will be deemed to be waived. Such notice shall provide a summary of such inaccuracy or misstatement. Upon receipt of such notice, Sellers shall have the option, but not the obligation, to (a) cure or remedy such inaccuracy or misstatement to the satisfaction of Purchaser; or (b) agree with Purchaser on a reduction to the Purchase Price which reduction shall reflect Purchaser's cost to remedy such inaccuracy or misstatement. If the inaccuracy or misstatement cannot be cured or remedied to Purchaser's satisfaction and if agreement cannot be reached on reduction to the Purchase Price, then the affected Property shall be excluded from the Property to be acquired by Purchaser hereunder and the Purchase Price shall be reduced according to the value of the affected Property (or that portion of such Property so affected) as set forth in Schedule 2. In the event the parties fail to agree upon the implementation of either subclause (a) or (b) prior to Closing, and if a reduction of more than 20% in the Purchase Price results from the exclusion by Purchaser of the affected Property, Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by delivery of written notice so indicating to Sellers, in which event this Agreement shall terminate, and the parties hereto shall have no further rights or obligations under this Agreement.

Other Property Information. Parent and Borrower shall furnish to Administrative Agent (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each fiscal year of Parent, annual budget projections for each Borrowing Base Property, and (b) upon Administrative Agent’s request such other information in their possession or control or in the possession or control of any Mortgagor or any Operating Lessee which is a Subsidiary of any Loan Party relating to the Improvements or the Borrowing Base Properties.

Other Property Information. Parent and Borrowers shall furnish to Administrative Agent from time to time upon Administrative Agent's request budgets of each Borrower and revisions thereof showing the estimated costs and expenses to be incurred in connection with the Collateral Properties and such other information in their possession or control or in the possession or control of an Operating Lessee which is an Affiliate of any Loan Party relating to the Improvements or the Collateral Properties.
Other Property Information. Parent and Borrower shall, and shall cause each of their Subsidiaries to, furnish to Administrative Agent from time to time upon Administrative Agent’s reasonable request (a) copies of all contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipts, or other documents under which a Loan Party claims title to any materials, fixtures, or articles of personal property incorporated or to be incorporated into the Improvements or subject to the Liens of the Mortgages, (b) annual budgets and revisions thereof showing the estimated costs and expenses to be incurred in connection with the Borrowing Base Properties, and (c) such other information relating to the Improvements or the Borrowing Base Properties.
