Our Warranty. We warrant that the Platform will materially conform to the specifications set forth in the applicable Order Form and Documentation. We further warrant that We will perform Professional Services in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the Order Form. You must notify Us of a claim under this warranty within 30 days of the date on which the condition giving rise to the claim first appears. To the extent permitted by law, Your sole and exclusive remedy arising out of or in connection with a breach of warranty is limited to correction of the Platform or re-performance of the Professional Service, as applicable, or if correction or re-performance is not commercially reasonable, termination of the applicable Order Form and a refund of any prepaid unused fees for the applicable Platform or Professional Services. This warranty shall not apply if the error was caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, Customer Data or third party-hardware, software or services.
Our Warranty. (a) Subject to limitations and exclusions set out in paragraph 10, CEVA warrants that it shall deliver the vehicle to the location identified in the Quotation or Booking Form or any other location agreed between us and you, in the same condition that the vehicle was delivered to CEVA. However, you agree that if CEVA is required to retain possession of the vehicle because you have been unable to accept physical delivery, CEVA will not be liable for the condition of the vehicle if that vehicle has not been collected from CEVA within thirty (30) days of delivery.
(b) Expect where liability has been excluded or limited by this Contract or by statute, we will be liable to you for loss or damage to your vehicle which occurs or arises while your vehicle is in the care, custody, or control of CEVA.

To the extent permitted by law, your sole and exclusive remedy arising out of or in connection with a breach of warranty is limited to correction of the non-conforming Service or re-performance of the Professional Service, as applicable, or if correction or re-performance is not commercially reasonable, termination of the applicable Service Order and a refund of any prepaid unused fees for the applicable Service or Professional Services.
Our Warranty. We warrant that we have the authority to enter into this Addendum and perform its obligations.
Our Warranty. The Supplier ensures the Service's compliance with its documentation. Non-compliance reports will be addressed by corrective actions, support services, or refunds for the most recent paid month(s).
Our Warranty. We warrant to You that We have the right to grant You the licence under sub-clause 2(a) and will facilitate Your access to the Space during the Facility's access hours (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement).
Our Warranty. I. All designs created by Creative Homes Scotland, will come with;

Support Site, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. We do not warrant or represent that the Purchased Services will meet all of your or the Authorized Users’ requirements, that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any functionality or feature of our Services will continue to be made available, that defects in our Services will be corrected, or that our Services will be compatible or work with any third-party software, applications, or Services.
Our Warranty. We warrant that the Purchased Services shall during normal use within Your Subscription Term, conform substantially to the material specifications described on the Jostle Support Center, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. We do not warrant that the Purchased Services will meet all of Your or the Authorized Users’ requirements, that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any specific functionality or feature of the Jostle Services will always continue to be made available, that all defects in the Jostle Services will be corrected, or that the Jostle Services will be compatible or work with any Third-Party Applications or services.
