Out-of-Field Assignments. The Parties agree that all efforts will be taken to avoid an out-of-field assignment. Any employee who has an out-of-field assignment shall not suffer a contract-termination or non-reappointment by virtue of being assigned out-of-field.
Out-of-Field Assignments. Teachers who are employed in a position out of their field of certification will complete at least the minimum required college credit or additional training each year. Out of field requirements must be met within a three year period.
