Removal of Students. (a) The School has the right to remove a student at any time from the practicum at the Facility. The School shall notify the Facility of such removal in writing.
Removal of Students. The University is responsible for insuring that its students are meeting their educational goals at the Site. If the University determines that a student’s educational needs are not being met or they are not receiving field instruction by a qualified professional, the University in consultation with the Site will remove the student from the Site.
Removal of Students. 26.03.1 Professional Staff Members initiating any request or recommendation or other action to remove, suspend, or expel any student for any reason shall be required to submit such request or recommendation or action in writing, or online, with whatever documentation or information is available to support such request, recommendation or action and, should the need arise, shall be required to testify in any legal or administrative proceedings resulting either from such recommendation, request or action or otherwise seeking to remove, suspend, or expel any student. The ADMINISTRATION will provide reasonable on-the-job protection, counsel and assistance in such situations. Professional Staff Members shall immediately be made aware of the disposition of the recommendation by the ADMINISTRATION, including the rationale for such disposition.
Removal of Students. In the event that a student is to be removed from one assigned teacher’s class to a different teacher’s class other than scheduling changes, the administrator and teachers affected will confer before such a change is made.
Removal of Students. If at any time conflicts arise between the field supervisor and the student that cannot be readily resolved, the Director of the Field Study Program shall be informed immediately. PLACEMENT SITE may request the removal of any student whose performance PLACEMENT SITE deems unfit to meet the demands of its organizational goals or whose conduct otherwise interferes with its staff relationships or primary mission.
Removal of Students. At the request of the Institute, the School shall immediately remove from the Institute any Student whose performance the Institute finds to be substandard or who in the judgment of the Institute is interfering with the delivery of patient care or with the day-to-day operations of the Institute.
Removal of Students. To immediately remove a Student from its premises for behavior that Agency deems to be an immediate threat or danger to Agency’s students, staff members, visitors, other Students, or to the quality of school psychology services or unprofessional behavior, including but not limited to a breach of FERPA policies or procedures. In such an event, Agency shall notify University in writing of its actions and the reasons for its actions as soon as practicable.
Removal of Students. AFFILIATE has the right to refuse use of its facilities to any Student for clinical assignment. AFFILIATE may also require the discontinuance of the assignment of a Student at AFFILIATE upon prior written notice to UCLA EXTENSION.
Removal of Students. Any general education student in any grade level accused of assaulting a school employee shall be removed from the classroom setting pending investigation and disposition of the allegation. Any special education student accused of an assault that inflicts “serious bodily harm” upon a school employee shall be immediately removed to an interim alternative educational setting for the maximum extent permitted by law (i.e., currently 45 school days) regardless of the outcome of the manifestation determination review. For purposes of this section, the employee’s statement shall be given substantial weight and deference. Any special education student accused of an assault that inflicts less than serious bodily injury upon a school employee shall be immediately removed to an interim alternative educational setting for the maximum extent permitted by law (i.e., currently 10 school days) regardless of the outcome of the manifestation determination review.
Removal of Students. CoxHealth may immediately remove from the premises any Student who poses an immediate threat or danger to personnel or to the quality of patient care or for unprofessional behavior. CoxHealth may request School to withdraw or dismiss a Student from the Practicum at CoxHealth when his or her clinical performance is unsatisfactory to CoxHealth or his or her behavior, in CoxHealth’s sole discretion, is disruptive or detrimental to CoxHealth and/or its patients. In such event, said Student’s participation in the Practicum shall immediately cease; however, only School has ultimate control or discretion over any grades given to the Students.
