Outbuildings Sample Clauses
The Outbuildings clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to structures on a property that are separate from the main building, such as sheds, garages, or barns. It typically specifies whether these outbuildings are included in the lease or sale, outlines maintenance obligations, and may set restrictions on their use or modification. By clearly addressing the status and permitted use of outbuildings, this clause helps prevent disputes over property boundaries, usage rights, and maintenance duties.
