Outbuildings seawalls, break-walls, and docks.
Outbuildings. The Buyer must not construct or permit to be constructed or bring on to the Property any outbuilding which exceeds 20m² in Floor Area or more than 2m in height above the natural surface level of the Property unless constructed in the same materials as the house or houses (as the case may be) on the Property.
Outbuildings. The Vendor has accepted the Purchaser’s tender, for purchase of the property described at Item 3.
Outbuildings. 11.1 ZECO Energy will only install the System on an out-building not connected to Your house if the following conditions are met:
a. A compliant switchboard is installed;
b. Electrical cables are not exposed or overhanging between the outbuilding and Your house;
c. Necessary electrical upgrades have taken place; and
d. A pre-installation site visit has taken place.

Outbuildings are permitted and shall be constructed of the same materials as the residence except that storage outbuildings of 10m² or less may be constructed of Colorbond and must not protrude more than 300mm above a fence line. The general level of the site may not be altered except that the finished level can be raised by a maximum of 0.3 metres. Any limestone retaining or other walls provided by the Seller may NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY except for the construction of a parapet wall as approved by City of Armadale. Air conditioning or cooling units must be of a similar colour to the roof, located on the rear elevation or the rear half of a side elevation and not protrude above a ridgeline by more than 300mm. Solar hot water units must be integrated with and match the roof profile and pitch of the roof. Neither facility can be placed on a front elevation of the residence. All garden areas within public view to be completely landscaped within six months of occupation of the dwelling. Waterwise garden practices are encouraged. The developers will provide a street tree to enhance the streetscape of the suburb. These trees are not to be removed. Buyers are NOT to erect, display or allow any sign, hoarding or advertising other than;
Outbuildings. No trailers, shacks, mini barns, play houses/forts, outhouses, detached storage sheds or tool sheds of any kind shall be erected or situated on any Lot, except that used by a builder during the construction of a Home, which temporary construction structures shall be promptly removed upon completion of construction of the Home.

Outbuildings. All outbuildings such as garages shall be designed to blend in with the main building in both material selections and colour, and shall not exceed 150m2 in floor area.

Outbuildings. Buildings with swimming pools and sports facilities are treated as permanent outbuildings and therefore are inspected, but we do not report on the specialist leisure facilities, such as the pool itself and its ancillary equipment, landscaping and other facilities (for example, tennis courts and temporary outbuildings).
