Outside the Guideway. 6.1.2.1 Tempe shall be responsible for issuing permits for display of non-operational materials on OCS poles, joint use poles, or other System facilities outside the Guideway. 6.1.2.2 Under no circumstances will a permit be issued by Tempe for any activity, event, display, or attachment that would in any way interfere with the safe operation or maintenance of the System. 6.1.2.3 The permit shall require the permittee to notify the VMR Operations Control Center, Tempe’s Public Works Director or designee, and any other persons required by the permit to be notified before commencing any activity under the permit.
