Operational Materials definition

Operational Materials means any Instructions (whether given orally or in writing by us), operating and procedural manuals, service level agreements, guides, software, hardware and all other equipment, materials or documentation on any media (whether in electronic or physical form) which:

Operational Materials means the Connectivity Guide (including the Specifications and other documents and materials referenced therein), the Connectivity Fee Schedule and such other documentation and materials as may be issued from time to time upon reasonable, general notice by the Exchange to members and vendors in respect of connectivity to the Exchange Systems, each as may be amended upon reasonable, general notice by the Exchange from time to time;

Operational Materials means all of the materials of an operational nature which were provided by the Retained Group to any member of the Sale Group prior to the Signing Date and which are reasonably required by members of the Recipient’s Group in order to perform services under the Onshore Drilling Contracts (other than the Turnkey Contracts) following Completion with such materials including but not limited to those materials relating to: transportation services; maintenance services; fuel; equipment rentals; and real estate and camp rentals;

Examples of Operational Materials in a sentence

  • The Exchange may amend any term or condition of this Agreement or the Operational Materials, subject to receipt of all required approvals, including those of applicable securities regulatory authorities, with thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to Customer.

  • This Agreement, together with the Operational Materials and the Customer Connectivity Order Form, constitutes the entire agreement between the Exchange and Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Related to Operational Materials

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
