Over 45 years of age. The period of notice of termination to be given by RIG will increase by one week if the employee is over 45 years of age and has completed at least two years of continuous service with RIG.

Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

Unpaid Leave - After Three Years For every three (3) years' continuous service, an employee may request, in writing, an extended unpaid leave of absence, giving the longest possible advance notice. Retirement Age It is assumed that an employee terminates employment at the end of the school year in which the employee attains age 58 or at the end of the current year, if the individual is already 58 or older.
Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.
Normal Retirement Age Normal Retirement Age shall mean the date on which the Executive attains age sixty-five (65).
Credited Service A year of “Credited Service” shall mean a calendar year in which the Participant is paid for at least 1,000 hours of service (as defined in the frozen Hasbro Pension Plan) as an employee of the Company or of a Subsidiary of the Company. A Participant does not need to be, or have been, a participant in the Hasbro Pension Plan.

Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.
