Over-Range Employees Clause Samples

Over-Range Employees. (a) Employees Who are Being Paid At A Rate of Pay Exceeding Maximum Rate Applicable To Their Classification And Who Were On The Staff Of The Centre On April 1, 1983. Employees falling into the above noted category shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the negotiated increase effective on the dates specified in Appendix "A", determined at the maximum of the range of their existing classification in which they are employed, which will be added to their existing rate of pay. The remaining ten percent (10%) of the negotiated increase will be paid to them in a lump sum in equal bi- weekly installments and will not be added to their existing rate of pay.
