Common use of Overbooking Clause in Contracts

Overbooking. Cape Air’s flights, including flights operated as Codeshare flights or pursuant to airline partner agreements, are subject to overbooking which could result in Cape Air’s inability to provide previously confirmed reserved space for a given flight. In such a situation, Cape Air’s policy on Denied Boarding will apply. Please refer to this section of this contract for more information.
