Overhead and Administrative Costs. The overhead and administrative rate applied to work performed by MTC staff will be the MTC ICAP Rate except for the San Francisco Estuary Partnership (SFEP) and as the parties may otherwise agree in the applicable Budget and Work Plan or under section 5.1.
