Overload Assignments. Any offering of the District which is appropriate to an established department shall be made known to all full-time faculty within such department before scheduling the courses, and all qualified full-time faculty within the department shall have an equal opportunity for overload assignments. All overload and contract load assignments shall be made to full-time faculty prior to the scheduling of the adjunct faculty.
