Overload Assignments. 5.6.1 During any regular semester/term, a Unit Member may, by mutual agreement, assume an overload in accordance with the provisions of Article 8. However, such overload shall be subject to preemption to complete regular contract workloads. 5.6.2 The overload teaching pay rates specified in Appendix B include compensation for ten (10) minutes of office hour time for consultation with students for each fifty (50) minutes of overload assignment time.
