OVERTIME AND HOURS OF WORK. A. During the term of this Agreement, the Department shall follow its existing practice (i.e., the practice in effect as of June 30, 2003) with respect to the payment of overtime to all Unit II Employees. The Department shall also comply with the Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement between the parties which was approved by the Court and shall retain the right under that agreement to assert exemptions by providing ninety (90) days’ notice to the Union.
