Overtime Eligibility and Compensation. Employees are eligible for overtime compensation under the following circumstances: A. Full-time overtime-eligible employees who have prior approval and work more than forty (40) hours in a workweek will be compensated at the overtime rate. A part-time overtime-eligible employee will be paid at their regular rate of pay for all work performed up to forty (40) hours in a workweek and paid at the overtime rate for authorized work of more than forty (40) hours in a workweek.
