Overtime - Equal Distribution. Overtime shall be distributed and rotated as equally as is practical among employees in the bargaining unit within each department, starting with the most senior employee. Any employee may reject any offer or request for overtime or call - back or call - in time. In an emergency the district reserves the right to call employees who reside locally first. Special trip assignments shall be distributed and rotated as equally as possible among bus drivers in the bargaining unit.
