Meals/Lodging. 16.1 Employees boarding in Railway or Contractor's outfits shall not be required to pay for meals while on leave of absence, when absent from outfits on duty or on account of sickness, or when permitted to go home for the weekend and absent for two or more consecutive meals, but in the latter case 48 hours' written notice must be given to those in charge of the outfit of the intent to be absent from such meals, otherwise the employee will be charged for each meal not taken.
Meals/Lodging. Any employee in the bargaining unit who as a result of an assignment that takes the employee away from his/her regular duties and away from the District, shall be reimbursed for actual or reasonable cost of meals and lodging, in accordance with District policy.

Recipient understands and agrees that expenses for meals will be reimbursed at rates not to exceed the US General Services Administration (GSA) per diem rates. DEQ will reimburse Recipient for Recipient’s actual cost of lodging up to the specified federal per diem lodging rates for the locality. Receipts are required for reimbursement of lodging expenses. Meals/Lodging. Bargaining unit members, who as a result of a work assignment must have meals or lodging away from the District, shall be reimbursed reasonable and necessary expenses providing (a) 15 written pre-approval of the supervisor is provided, and (b) receipts are submitted.

Meals/Lodging. When Requestor subsistence incident camps are available, meals and bedding for Vendor's operator(s) will be furnished without charge. Requestor will furnish meals and lodging without cost if hotel/restaurant subsistence is the approved camp for incident personnel. Double occupancy of hotel rooms may be required. Vendors are not paid per diem or lodging expenses to and from incidents.

TRANSPORTATION The Company will pay an employee a flat rate for each meal earned, to be included in the employee’s paycheck under the following conditions, unless the Company provides satisfactory meals. The flat rate for meals will be Thirteen Dollars ($13.00) on November 1, 2014. When employees are entitled to mileage reimbursement, the prevailing IRS Mileage rate shall be used.
