Overtime / Extra Assignment Distribution. Overtime shall be distributed to qualified employees in the bargaining unit as equitably as possible on rotating basis per site, except for District-wide work where overtime is required. The District may offer part-time employees temporary extra hour assignments which shall be offered to employees at the same job site, and within the same classification, in an equitable manner and rotated among eligible employees, before the assignment may be offered to an employee located at another job site in the same classification. The total number of hours worked may not exceed eight (8) hours per day, including the extra hour assignment.
