Overtime For Working a Statutory Holiday on an Assigned Day of Rest. When a Full-time or OTFT Part-time Employee is required to work a Statutory Holiday which falls on an Employee’s assigned day of rest, the Employee shall be paid at the rate of double (2X) the Employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the Statutory Holiday and, in accordance with Article 16.04 – Statutory Holiday Falling on a Regularly Scheduled Day Off, shall be granted a day off in lieu if full- time.

The day off in lieu for full time employees shall be granted in accordance with Article 16.04 – 15.02. Part-time employees are paid for the Statutory Holiday Falling on a Regularly Scheduled Day Off, shall be granted a day off in lieu if full- timeaccordance with Article 15.06.
