Overtime On Travel Status. a) Overtime will be paid for time worked in excess of 7 1/2 hours in a day and 37 1/2 hours in a week as specified elsewhere in the Collective Agreement. b) Overtime will not be paid to employees travelling to or attending courses, conferences and seminars that can be considered as broadening the employee’s scope.
