Ownership, Feedback, and Aggregated Data. 5.1. Customer Data. As between Okta and Customer, Customer owns its Customer Data. Customer grants to Okta, its Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data, as reasonably necessary for Okta to provide the Service in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Okta acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or Customer’s licensors under this Agreement in or to any Customer Data. Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Data and the means by which Customer acquired Customer Data.

Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Gryphon acquires no right, title or interest from Customer or Customer’s licensors under this Agreement in or to any Customer Data. Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Data and the means by which Customer acquired Customer Data. Customer will not provide Gryphon with any personal health data, credit card data, personal financial data or other such sensitive data which may be, without limitation, subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, or the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards as part of its Customer Data. Upon request by Customer, Gryphon shall, as identified by Customer, (1) promptly return to Customer, in the format and on the media as reasonably requested by Customer, Customer Data and (2) erase or destroy Customer Data in Gryphon’s possession. Any archival tapes containing Customer Data shall be used solely for back-up purposes or as otherwise required to provide the Services.

MiTech Scout retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services Data, the Products and Services and Documentation, including all related intellectual property rights inherent therein. No rights are granted to Customer hereunder other than as expressly set out in this Agreement.

  • Aggregated Data Anonymous, aggregate information, comprising financial account balances, other financial account data, or other available data that is collected through your use of the Services, may be used by us and our service providers to conduct certain analytical research, performance tracking and benchmarking. Our service providers may publish summary or aggregate results relating to metrics comprised of research data, from time to time, and distribute or license such anonymous, aggregated research data for any purpose, including but not limited to, helping to improve products and services and assisting in troubleshooting and technical support. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

  • Data Aggregation Services BA is also permitted to use or disclose information to provide data aggregation services as that term is defined by 45 CFR 164.501, relating to the health care operations of CE.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Unbundled Subloop Distribution (USLD) 2.8.2.1 The USLD facility is a dedicated transmission facility that BellSouth provides from an End User’s point of demarcation to a BellSouth cross-connect device. The BellSouth cross-connect device may be located within a remote terminal (RT) or a stand-alone cross-box in the field or in the equipment room of a building. The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility. BellSouth will make available the following subloop distribution offerings where facilities exist: USLD – Voice Grade (USLD-VG) Unbundled Copper Subloop (UCSL) USLD – Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC (aka riser cable))

  • Allowable Customizations The Student is permitted to alter or add files to customize the assigned Computer to her/his own working style (i.e., background screens and images, display settings).

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites.
