OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. 3.1 The Card belongs to us and you cannot transfer it or the Wallet to anyone else without our consent. The Card is for your use alone and you must comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You must return the Card immediately when we request it.
3.2 You are responsible for all transactions initiated by use of the Card and for all losses as set out in Section 6. If you permit someone else to use the Card, you agree that we may refuse to authorize any transactions initiated by such person with the Card. However, if we authorize transactions by another person, we may treat such person as authorized by you to use the Card and you authorize us to debit the amount of such transactions from the Funds Available.
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. The Card is owned by DCBank and will remain the property of DCBank. The Card is provided to you for use so long as you continue to act in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement as amended from time to time. You agree to return the Card to DCBank or as DCBank instructs, immediately upon request by DCBank. The Card is provided to you, the Cardholder, only. You may not sell, assign or transfer the Card to a third party without the consent of DCBank.
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. The card remains the property of the Bank and no person other than you may use it. The Bank may revoke the right to use the card and the privileges related thereto at any time. If the card is revoked, you must return it to the Bank.
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. Each account owner may have one Card to access your account(s) without a charge. If your Card is lost or stolen, you may also be charged a Replacement Card Fee. This fee is set forth in the Schedule of Fees. The Card remains our property and you agree to surrender it to us upon demand. We may cancel, modify, or restrict the use of any Card upon proper notice or without notice if: (1) any of your accounts are overdrawn; (2) you use your Card in a manner which may cause a loss to us; (3) your account is inactive, which is defined by us as an account that has had no member-initiated transaction activity for one (1) year; (4) any mail sent to your address is returned to us as undeliverable; (5) any email sent to you by us is returned as undeliverable; (6) your account has one (1) or more NSF items or transactions; (7) we are aware that you have violated any term of this Agreement, whether or not we suffer a loss; (8) where necessary to maintain or restore the security of your account(s) or the POS system; or (9) you are delinquent on a loan with us. We also reserve the right to recall the Card through retrieval by any ATM.
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. The Card continues to remain our property. We may revoke your Card or any Authorized Users’ Card at any time and require that you destroy or return the Card(s)
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. I may request two Visa Debit Cards to access my account(s) without a charge. The issuance of additional Cards will be subject to a Debit Card Replacement Fee. If my Card is lost or stolen, I may also be charged a Replacement Card Fee. These fees are set forth in the Schedule of Fees. The Card remains your property and I agree to surrender the Card to you upon demand. You may cancel, modify, or restrict the use of any Card upon proper notice or without notice if: (1) any of my accounts are overdrawn; (2) I use my Card in a manner which may cause a loss to you; (3) my account is inactive, which is defined by you as an account that has had no member-initiated transaction activity for 365 consecutive days; (4) any mail sent to my address is returned to you as undeliverable; (5) any email sent to me by you is returned as undeliverable; (6) my account has one (1) or more NSF items or transactions; (7) you are aware that I have violated any term of this Agreement, whether or not you suffer a loss; (8) you reasonably believe there is potentially fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity on my account; or (9) or where necessary to maintain or restore the security of my account(s) or the POS system. You also reserve the right to recall the Card through retrieval by any of the ATMs.
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. The Card(s) is non-transferable and remains the property of PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. The Credit Union may cancel, modify and restrict the use of any ATM/Check Card without notice if your account is overdrawn, your loan is delinquent or where necessary to maintain or restore the security of accounts on the ATM system. You agree to surrender the Card to us upon demand or through retrieval by any authorized ATM or any third party authorized by the Credit Union to retrieve the Card. FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS: Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted into U.S. dollar equivalent as of the date the transaction is processed. The currency conversion rate may differ from the rate in effect when the transaction occurred or when it posted to your Partners account. DATA RECORDING: When you use the services the information you enter to conduct the transactions, account inquiries or other information will be recorded. By using the service you consent to such recording. Generally data recording is for internal use. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (What does Partners Federal Credit Union do with your Personal Information) regarding information shared with third parties for additional information. We may also monitor your telephone calls to our service representatives to assure quality service.

OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. The Card is our property and we may request you to return it to us if we believe there is a good reason (including the reasons described in Section 15.1 below) to ask for its return.
OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. Each Card is issued to the Cardholders by and remain the property of Meridian. Cardholders cannot transfer them to anyone else. Each Cardholder is permitted to use only the Card which has such Cardholder's name on the Card.
