Visa Debit Cards. Additional Limits on Liability for loss or theft. Unless you have been negligent or have engaged in fraud, you will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using your lost or stolen Visa card. This additional limit on liability does not apply to ATM transactions outside of the U.S., to ATM transactions not sent over Visa or Plus networks, or to transactions using your Personal Identification Number which are not processed by Visa. Visa Debit Cards. If Your Card is a VISA Debit Card, in addition to Your ATM withdrawals as described above, You may also conduct POS (purchase) transactions. The daily limits for purchases with Your Visa Debit Card are determined by the length of time You have been a member. For the first six months of Your SFCU membership the daily purchase limit on Your card will be $1,000.00. After six months of membership, the daily purchase limit on Your card may be increased to $2,000.00. We may, at Our discretion, decrease Your purchase limit to $1,000.00, or to any lesser amount, if Your card becomes inactive or Your account does not remain in good standing. For example, if You have not used Your Visa Debit Card for 12 months or more, we will not raise Your purchase limit to $2,000.00. When you make a purchase using your VISA Debit Card, You Authorize Us to put a hold on the Account for the amount of the authorization requested (which may be more than the amount of the transaction). You authorize Us to hold the funds for the authorized amount for up to three business days. When the transaction clears, the funds will be debited from Your Account. International Check Card Transactions for international transactions in a foreign currency the exchange rate will be a rate selected by processor (VISA or MasterCard) from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate processor itself receives, or the government mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. In addition an international transaction fee will be charged. This fee will be assessed on all international purchases, vouchers and cash disbursements. Depending upon the less than the amount stated in this section, You may not withdraw more than the total of Available Funds on that day. This limit applies to the total of withdrawals from Your Accounts, loan advances from Line One Line of Credit and the total POS transactions.
Visa Debit Cards. As a condition of opening certain checking accounts, you agree that we may automatically issue you a United Local Credit Union Visa debit card. However, you are not required to activate the debit card to keep your checking account open. You understand that a debit card is not a credit card and does not provide “credit” which means that you may not defer payment of debit card transactions. Purchases are debited from your checking account. If you have arranged with a merchant to make recurring payments, you must notify the merchant if your debit card number or expiration date has changed, or your debit card is closed. • Withdraw cash while making a purchase using your PIN if the merchant permits the cash-back option. • Withdraw funds at a teller. Withdrawals are debited from your checking account.

Pending Transaction Pending Transaction occurs when a payment has been authorised but is still waiting for merchant confirmation. This amount is then deducted from your available balance, not your account balance. The transaction will show as pending on your account until the payment process is complete. Pending transactions generally take up to 3 -10 business days to process. If you let a merchant use your card for pre-authorised payments (such as a security deposit for a hotel booking or car hire), the money will be deducted from your available balance and the merchant can hold this money for up to 31 days. Visa Debit Cards. If you have a Visa Debit Card (“Visa Card”), you may use it to make purchases at merchants that accept Visa, and to obtain cash at ATMs displaying the Star or Plus logos. The Visa Card system works on a seven-day calendar week. Each day runs from 3:00 P.M. (EST) to 3:00 P.M. (EST) the following day. Provided that there are sufficient funds available in your account, you may withdraw up to $1,300 of cash; process $2,500 in purchases; and $200 in cash back transactions (in conjunction with purchases) per day. Alpine may change these limits in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. In addition, merchants and ATM machines not owned or controlled by Alpine may have lower limits. There are no annual, monthly or transaction fees for the usage of your Visa Card. There may be a financial institution fee for obtaining a cash advance. The amount of any charge will be debited automatically from your account. Visa Debit Cards. The City National Bank Visa Debit Card provides access to your funds at any point of sale terminal nationwide on the Visa/Plus, Mastercard/Cirrus, Accel, and Pulse networks. Your card will allow you to access the services listed below (some of these services may not be available at all terminals.)   • Credit Card Agreements Each Borrower and Guarantor shall (a) observe and perform all material terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Credit Card Agreements to be observed and performed by it at the times set forth therein; (b) not do, permit, suffer or refrain from doing anything, as a result of which there could be a default under or breach of any of the terms of any of the Credit Card Agreements and at all times maintain in full force and effect the Credit Card Agreements and not terminate, cancel, surrender, modify, amend, waive or release any of the Credit Card Agreements, or consent to or permit to occur any of the foregoing; except, that, any Borrower or Guarantor may terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements in the ordinary course of the business of such Borrower or Guarantor; provided, that, such Borrower or Guarantor shall give Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of its intention to so terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements; (c) not enter into any new Credit Card Agreements with any new Credit Card Issuer unless Agent shall have received not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of the intention of such Borrower or Guarantor to enter into such agreement (together with such other information with respect thereto as Agent may request) and such Borrower or Guarantor delivers, or causes to be delivered to Agent, a Credit Card Acknowledgment in favor of Agent; (d) give Agent immediate written notice of any Credit Card Agreement entered into by such Borrower or Guarantor after the date hereof, together with a true, correct and complete copy thereof and such other information with respect thereto as Agent may reasonably request; (e) furnish to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, such information and evidence as Agent may require from time to time concerning the observance, performance and compliance by such Borrower or Guarantor or the other party or parties thereto with the terms, covenants or provisions of the Credit Card Agreements; and (f) not modify any instructions given by Agent to any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor provided for in any Credit Card Acknowledgement or otherwise direct the remittance of payments under any Credit Card Agreement to any account other than the Blocked Account.

  • Credit Card Authorization I understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge slip, I understand that by "clicking" that I have read the terms and conditions of this property, I am bound by this agreement and I have signed "electronically, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after leased premises are vacated. Charges may include but not limited to: unauthorized long distance telephone, cable, satellite TV or internet charges, damages beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Customer warrants its authority to: 1) deposit the cash and Securities (“Assets”) received in the Accounts and 2) give Instructions (as defined in Section 11) concerning the Accounts. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Report Cards At the conclusion of each quarter, MATC shall provide pupil performance data to MPS.

  • Direct Debit (PRE-BILLING). (a) The Borrower agrees that the Bank will debit the Borrower's deposit account number 12331-16650, or such other of the Borrower's accounts with the Bank as designated in writing by the Borrower (the "Designated Account") on the date each payment of principal and interest and any fees from the Borrower becomes due (the "Due Date"). If the Due Date is not a banking day, the Designated Account will be debited on the next banking day. (b) Approximately 10 days prior to each Due Date, the Bank will mail to the Borrower a statement of the amounts that will be due on that Due Date (the "Billed Amount"). The calculation will be made on the assumption that no new extensions of credit or payments will be made between the date of the billing statement and the Due Date, and that there will be no changes in the applicable interest rate. (c) The Bank will debit the Designated Account for the Billed Amount, regardless of the actual amount due on that date (the "Accrued Amount"). If the Billed Amount debited to the Designated Account differs from the Accrued Amount, the discrepancy will be treated as follows: (i) If the Billed Amount is less than the Accrued Amount, the Billed Amount for the following Due Date will be increased by the amount of the discrepancy. The Borrower will not be in default by reason of any such discrepancy. (ii) If the Billed Amount is more than the Accrued Amount, the Billed Amount for the following Due Date will be decreased by the amount of the discrepancy. Regardless of any such discrepancy, interest will continue to accrue based on the actual amount of principal outstanding without compounding. The Bank will not pay the Borrower interest on any overpayment. (d) The Borrower will maintain sufficient funds in the Designated Account to cover each debit. If there are insufficient funds in the Designated Account on the date the Bank enters any debit authorized by this Agreement, the debit will be reversed.

  • Accounts Receivable All accounts receivable of the Acquired Companies that are reflected on the Balance Sheet or the Interim Balance Sheet or on the accounting records of the Acquired Companies as of the Closing Date (collectively, the "Accounts Receivable") represent or will represent valid obligations arising from sales actually made or services actually performed in the Ordinary Course of Business. Unless paid prior to the Closing Date, the Accounts Receivable are or will be as of the Closing Date current and collectible net of the respective reserves shown on the Balance Sheet or the Interim Balance Sheet or on the accounting records of the Acquired Companies as of the Closing Date (which reserves are adequate and calculated consistent with past practice and, in the case of the reserve as of the Closing Date, will not represent a greater percentage of the Accounts Receivable as of the Closing Date than the reserve reflected in the Interim Balance Sheet represented of the Accounts Receivable reflected therein and will not represent a material adverse change in the composition of such Accounts Receivable in terms of aging). Subject to such reserves, each of the Accounts Receivable either has been or will be collected in full, without any set-off, within ninety days after the day on which it first becomes due and payable. There is no contest, claim, or right of set-off, other than returns in the Ordinary Course of Business, under any Contract with any obligor of an Accounts Receivable relating to the amount or validity of such Accounts Receivable. Part 3.8 of the Disclosure Letter contains a complete and accurate list of all Accounts Receivable as of the date of the Interim Balance Sheet, which list sets forth the aging of such Accounts Receivable.
