P R E M I S E S. Seller is the licensee of and operates radio stations WDOL(FM), Englewood, Ohio and WLQT(FM), Kettering-Dayton, Ohio (each a "Station", and together, the "Stations") pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
P R E M I S E S. Seller is the licensee of and operates radio station WWMX(FM), Baltimore, Maryland (the "Station") and pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
P R E M I S E S. Seller is the permittee/licensee of and operates radio station WMMA(FM) Lebanon, Ohio (the "Station") pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
P R E M I S E S. Seller is the licensee of and operates radio stations WXEG(FM), Beavercreek, Ohio (the "Station") pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
P R E M I S E S. Seller is the licensee of and operates radio station KKMJ (FM), Austin, Texas, KPTY (FM), Luling, Texas, and KJCE (FM), Rollingwood, Texas, (the "Stationss"), pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
P R E M I S E S. Sellers are in the business of providing direct marketing and other advertising services, including without limitation, strategic planning, media services, database marketing, telemarketing and online marketing, to businesses engaged in a variety of industries (the “Business”).
P R E M I S E S. Hxxxxxxx'x Xxxdemarks (as defined below) are famous and valuable, and are associated with substantial goodwill in connection with apparel and related products.
P R E M I S E S. Seller is the licensee of and operates radio stations KFRG (FM), San Bernardino, California, and KXFG (FM), Sun City, California (the "Stations"), pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
