Hotel Premises definition

Hotel Premises means the Hotel Parcel and the Hotel Improvements.
Hotel Premises means the portion of the Premises operated as a hotel, including all rooms and suites, amenities, restaurants, conference centers, meeting, banquet and other public rooms, spa, parking spaces and other facilities of the hotel portion of the Premises, but excluding the Casino.
Hotel Premises shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital B herein.

  • To this end, the Lessee will be required to provide detailed design specifications of the external façade of the Hotel Premises and traffic movement plan to Lessor on or before 60 (sixty) days from date of signing of Lease deed.

  • The Lessor shall not be responsible to carry out any construction or development at Hotel Plot, make any improvements or carry out any changes of any kind whatsoever at the Hotel Premises and the Lessee shall solely be responsible for all works required to be carried out at the Hotel Premises, at its own cost, expenses, risk and liability.

  • The Lessee shall carry out and comply with all the conditions contained in the Applicable Permits, as may be obtained from time to time and all Applicable Laws in relation to the development of the Hotel Premises and implementation of the Project.


More Definitions of Hotel Premises

Hotel Premises means the real property located in the City of Gulf Shores, Baldxxx Xxxnty, Alabama, together with the buildings and other improvements located thereon and more particularly described as the "Condominium" in the Declaration;
Hotel Premises means the collective reference to the Hotel Plot along with the construction of the hotel premises to be developed and operated by the Lessee in terms of this RFP and the Lease Deed;

Hotel Premises means the Hotel Parcel and the Hotel Improvements, having the street address of 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Yountville, California 94559.
Hotel Premises means the collective reference to the Land earmarked for the Hotel along with the construction of the hotel premises to be developed and operated by the Concessionaire in terms of this RFP and the Concession Agreement;
