Hotel Premises definition

Hotel Premises means the Hotel Parcel and the Hotel Improvements.
Hotel Premises means the portion of the Premises operated as a hotel, including all rooms and suites, amenities, restaurants, conference centers, meeting, banquet and other public rooms, spa, parking spaces and other facilities of the hotel portion of the Premises, but excluding the Casino.
Hotel Premises shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital B herein.

Examples of Hotel Premises in a sentence

  • Permission to any third party to operate permissible activities such as offices, retail areas, gymnasium, spa, restaurants, coffee shops, banquet halls, or any other facilities within the Hotel Premises, shall be given by the Lessee in compliance with Applicable Law and shall be expressly subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease Deed and the RFP Documents.

  • The Lessee shall carry out and comply with all the conditions contained in the Applicable Permits, as may be obtained from time to time and all Applicable Laws in relation to the development of the Hotel Premises and implementation of the Project.

  • Upon termination the Hotel Premises, including but not limited to building, moveable and immovable property will pass on to the Lessor without any rights of the Lessee remaining in any manner.

  • This will include but will not be limited to, design of the Hotel Premises in manner that it meets with the security requirement spelt out by concerned security agencies.

  • The Hotel Premises shall be deemed “Operationalized” when 50% (fifty percent) of the rooms and suites, of the Hotel Premises, including banquet hall, restaurant etc.


More Definitions of Hotel Premises

Hotel Premises means the real property located in the City of Gulf Shores, Bald▇▇▇ ▇▇▇nty, Alabama, together with the buildings and other improvements located thereon and more particularly described as the "Condominium" in the Declaration;
Hotel Premises means the collective reference to the Hotel Plot along with the construction of the hotel premises to be developed and operated by the Lessee in terms of this RFP and the Lease Deed;
