Paid Jury Leave or Court Witness Leave. The Employer shall grant leave of absence without loss of seniority or benefits to an employee who serves as juror or witness in court. The Employer shall pay such employee the difference between her normal earnings and the payment she receives for jury service or court witness, excluding payment for travelling, meals and other expenses. The employee will present proof of service and the amount of pay received.
