Paid Personal Leave. A. Under no circumstances may more than three (3) personal days (for employees hired after January 13, 2013) or five (5) personal days (for employees on the payroll as of January 13, 2013) be carried over in a given calendar year and any personal leave carried over must be used one during the calendar year into which it is carried over or more days leave while employed in state service shall have such time deducted from the formula contained hereinit will be forfeited
