Approval/Disapproval. Upon receipt of the notice described in Section 2.16(A) by the Agent, the Agent shall, no later than five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof, obtain the written approval or disapproval of each Committed Lender regarding the requested Advances, which approval shall be granted or not granted in the sole discretion of such Committed Lender. If the making of the requested Advances is approved, the Borrower shall, in accordance with procedures set forth in Section 2.4, send the related Notice of Borrowing. Any approved Advances to be made by the Lenders in the related Lender Group shall be funded within such Lender Group pursuant to any allocation as agreed to by all of the members of such Lender Group. If the making of the requested Advances is not approved, then the Borrower shall, prior to sending its Notice of Borrowing, modify the same in a manner sufficient to ensure that the requested borrowing does not cause the sum of all outstanding Advances to exceed the Aggregate Commitment then in effect, as applicable.
Approval/Disapproval. Upon receipt of the notice described in Section 2.18(A)(i) by the Funding Agents, each Funding Agent shall, no later than five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof, obtain the written approval or disapproval of each Non-Conduit Lender in the related Lender Group regarding the requested Advances, which approval shall be granted or not granted in the sole discretion of the Non-Conduit Lenders. If the making of the requested Advances is approved by each of the Non-Conduit Lenders so requested, the Borrower shall, in accordance with procedures set forth in Section 2.4, send the related Notice of Borrowing. Any approved Advances to be made by the Lenders in the related Lender Group shall be funded within such Lender Group pursuant to any allocation as agreed to by all of the members of such Lender Group. If the making of the requested Advances is not approved by any Non-Conduit Lender so requested, then the Borrower shall, prior to sending its Notice of Borrowing, modify the same in a manner sufficient to ensure that the requested borrowing does not cause the Aggregate Outstanding Advances to exceed the Aggregate Commitment then in effect, as applicable. If the making of the requested Advances is approved by one or more Non-Conduit Lenders so requested and not approved by one or more Non-Conduit Lender so requested, the approving Non-Conduit Lenders shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make all or a portion of the Advance requested of the non-approving Non-Conduit Lenders, and the Borrower shall, in accordance with procedures set forth in Section 2.4, send the related Notice of Borrowing.
Approval/Disapproval. Personal leave requests may be disapproved if they cause a hardship on the operation of the facility. In general, no more than three (3) regular employee absences will be granted on the same day.
Approval/Disapproval. (a) On or before the last day of the Review Period, Buyer may approve by written notice to Seller and the Title Company (an “Approval Notice”) or disapprove by written notice to Seller and the Title Company (a “Disapproval Notice”) the Property, Property Documents and the due diligence items referenced within Section 3.4(b). Unless Buyer delivers a Disapproval Notice on or before the expiration of the Review Period, Buyer shall be conclusively deemed to have approved all matters associated with the Property, and to have elected to proceed to Closing. If, however, Buyer timely delivers a Disapproval Notice, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated without further action of either Buyer or Seller.
(b) If Buyer disapproves in writing any title matter shown in the Preliminary Report within the Review Period or/within three (3) business days of receiving new exceptions as referenced in paragraph 5.1, below, (“Title Objection”), Seller shall notify Buyer, within five (5) business days of Buyer’s Title Objection, whether or not Seller will cure such disapproved title matter prior to Closing. Failure of Seller to notify Buyer that Seller will cure such disapproved title matter, shall be deemed Seller’s election not to cure such title matter prior to Closing. If Seller does not respond to Buyer’s Title Objection as provided above, or if Seller notifies Buyer that Seller will not cure such disapproved title matter, Buyer shall, within three (3) business days of such notification, either waive its objection to such Title Objection or elect to terminate this Agreement. If Buyer elects to terminate this Agreement as provided in the preceding sentence, then this Agreement shall be deemed terminated without further action of either Buyer or Seller. Failure of Buyer to notify Seller that Buyer elects to terminate this Agreement shall be deemed Buyer’s waiver of its title objection and Buyer’s agreement to proceed to Closing.
Approval/Disapproval a. Approval levels for Medical Flexiplace Requests are as follows:
(1) ARCIC Deputy Chief of Staff or designee

The approval/disapproval will be based on the employee’s ability to provide definitive, medical documentation concerning his temporary medical condition, and will include an expected return-to-work date. As a rule, temporary medical conditions would not continue for more than a few days to a few months. Supervisors may not leave Medical Flexiplace assignments open- ended. Employees will provide to their supervisor re- certification of their medical condition after six (6) months to support continued participation.
Approval/Disapproval. Upon timely submission of educators’ requests, members will receive notification of approval or denial of personal leave requests, extra duty pay requests and professional leave requests within three (3) school days of submitting the request.

In order to obtain written approval for Work- In-Progress, Resident Curator must provide to Property Owner the following support information: (a) narrative summary of proposed improvements; (b) representative photos (digital or print) that clearly indicate the proposed project area; (c) a site map indicating the project area; and (d) any supporting material, material samples, plans, schematics and specifications that Property Owner determines is pertinent to review the project. Property Owner shall review the plans and specifications for conformity with the terms of this Lease, and Property Owner shall, within thirty (30) business days after receipt thereof, either approve the submissions, or notify the Resident Curator in writing of disapproval including specifying the respects in which the submissions do not conform to the terms of this Lease. If Property Owner fails to respond within thirty (30) business days, such plans and specifications for Curator Program Improvements Additional Non- Discretionary Improvements and Additional Discretionary Improvements, individually or any combination thereof, shall be deemed disapproved.
Approval/Disapproval. (a) The supervisor must approve, disapprove, or request additional medical information within fifteen (15) workdays after submission of a complete FMLA request.
(b) As a supervisor is not a medical or FMLA expert, if there is any doubt that a serious medical conditions has been shown, or if any FMLA exigency exists, he/she should consult with HR Employee Relations staff to determine if more information is needed, or if the request should be disapproved.
(c) In cases where the Employer does not have sufficient information to determine whether FMLA leave should be granted, the Employer should inquire further of the employee or, if applicable, their designated representative about the reason why the employee should be given FMLA leave.
(d) Approvals or disapprovals will be in writing. If the request is approved, it will cite the condition(s) and/or circumstance(s) approved for use of FMLA. If the request is disapproved, it will state at least one reason why the employee is not eligible to use FMLA leave.
Approval/Disapproval. The Buyer is required to approve the Seller. This may be accomplished in different ways.
(a) On-site audit by Buyer of Seller’s process and premises.
(b) Buyer may require registration to defined quality standards (c) Buyer may require customer approval of processes (d) historical data collected by the Buyer that will include, but not be limited to rejection history, on-time delivery and price considerations. Disapproval shall remain the right of the Buyer and shall be based upon the results of the approval requirements.
