Paid Rest Periods. An Employee shall be permitted a rest period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes in the first half and in the second half of a 7 hour shift in an area designated by the Employer. Employees may be required to remain at their workstations during rest periods.

Paid Rest Periods. An a) If an Employee shall works more than eight (8) cumulative hours immediately prior to his scheduled work day, he will be permitted eight (8) hours off with pay, at straight time rates, during his scheduled shift.
