Paid ServicesA Party may terminate the Contract in accordance with the renewal provisions of the Order Form. If not specified in the Order Form, either Party can terminate the Contract by providing a written Notice to the other Party of termination, ninety (90) days prior to the end of the current Term.
Paid Services. Certain of our Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (the “Paid Services”). We do not currently offer any paid services. Paid ServicesYou acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for paying all fees due for the paid version of the Service, as set forth on the applicable order between you and SigOpt (each, an “Order”). The terms and conditions of each Order are incorporated by reference herein and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of an Order. Paid Services. Certain portions of the Services may be, in FinTech Studios’ sole discretion, free of charge while other features or contents may require a subscription or upfront payment. A subscription may be purchased for individuals or for organizations online or via email to xxxxx@XxxXxxxXxxxxxx.xxx or through a FinTech Studios Partner. Except as stated in a separate agreement between FinTech Studios and you or your Company, subscriptions are subject to recurring billing. You authorize us to automatically bill your payment method (e.g. credit card) and auto-renew the subscription term to avoid interruption to your Services. FinTech Studios will indicate for each Service the applicable renewal and payment intervals. In each case, billing for the full amount will occur on the first day of the chosen subscription period. Each renewal term will be consistent with the initial applicable subscription term. You may cancel the subscription renewal by giving FinTech Studios an advance written notice sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled renewal date. Notwithstanding cancellation of a subscription, you agree to continue to pay us the applicable fees through the end of the applicable subscription period. Subscription fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to pay the subscription fees may result in the termination of your subscription.
Paid ServicesCustomer agrees to pay for its use of the Services as set forth on the pricing page on the Site, as may be updated from time to time, except and only to the extent Customer has entered a separate written agreement or addendum with Vonage for special pricing on certain Services and/or country-specific pricing, or Vonage has otherwise conveyed special pricing in writing to Customer. Vonage reserves the right to change pricing from time to time. Customer’s continued use of the Services after a price change becomes effective constitutes Customer’s agreement to pay the changed amount.

Paid Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Qlik grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable, worldwide and non-sublicensable right during the term of this Agreement to use the Services for Customer’s internal business operations. Qlik further grants to Customer the right to allow Permitted Third Parties to use the Services solely in connection with Customer’s business relationship with the Permitted Third Party. Any use of Services during the Term shall be (i) in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) limited to the maximum number of Authorized Users (by user type if applicable), capacity allotment and/or the maximum storage space specified on any Ordering Document (including any enhanced functionality or additional services, if available). Customer’s right to use the Services is subject to any use limitations that may be based on the version of the Services for which Customer registers as set forth in the Documentation and/or as set forth in the Ordering Document (collectively, the "Scope Limitations").

Paid Services. The Paid Services include any and all web and hosting services and any related support services that we make available to you for a fee except those web services for which we specifically provide a separate customer agreement. If you use TM Tech Paid Services, you may incur fees for transactions that you submit for payment as set forth in Section 8 below. We may, in our sole discretion, (a) begin charging fees for a Free or Promo Service, in which case such Service will thereafter be deemed a Paid Service, or (b) cease charging fees for a Paid Service, in which case such Service will thereafter be deemed a Free Service.
