Recurring Billing. By the use of the SOBERLINK® device and/or the provision of the Service, and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize SOBERLINK to charge you periodical and/or recurring monthly fees, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service to your Payment Method, until cancelled in writing by you. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing days per month, promotional offers, and/or changing or adding a Service, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges.

By starting a paid Onshape subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, Customer authorizes us to charge Customer a subscription fee at the then current rate, and any other charges Customer may incur (either directly or through its End Users) in connection with Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Onshape Service, to Customer’s Payment Method. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each period may vary for reasons that may include promotional offers, and/or changing a plan, and Customer authorizes us to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed in one or more charges.
Recurring Billing. By enrolling in the recurring billing plan, you authorize us to charge you a participation fee to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary for reasons that may include (but are not limited to); changes in your age resulting in qualification for different age bracket, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. Price Adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, you will be clearly advised and will receive ample notice via email of price adjustments, any price adjustments to your services will take effect following email notice to you.
Recurring Billing. Some of the Paid Services may consist of an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. You authorize us to charge Your Payment Form for such varying amounts. You acknowledge that Fees are billed and charged one month prior to the Services being provided and that Fees are fully earned upon payment and non-refundable.
Recurring Billing. KindredBox will bill any fees associated with your use of the Premium Services plus applicable tax to the credit card you provide. By signing up for the Premium Services that require recurring payment, you acknowledge that any such recurring fees associated with your use of the Premium Services will be automatically billed for the initial period, for which there is an initial charge, and then again on each renewal date thereafter as agreed to by you, unless and until you cancel your use of and access to the Premium Services. By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Premium Services have an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. YOU AGREE THAT CONSISTENT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEES MAY BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY BY US WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (RECEIPT OF WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY US) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE WE COULD REASONABLY ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, LOG INTO YOUR KINDREDBOX ACCOUNT, CLICK ON “ACCOUNT SETTING” AND UPDATE YOUR BILLING PREFERENCES. Summary: For Premium Services with recurring fees, we will bill the credit card we have on file automatically at the end of each billing period to renew your access to those Premium Services at the price you agreed to pay, unless you tell us far enough in advance that you want to cancel your access to the Premium Services or use a different credit card.
Recurring Billing. 8.1.1. If You offer automatic/recurrent billing for a series of separate Transactions, Cardholders must sign a consent form (“Consent Form”) authorizing You to charge their Card accounts for specific amounts at specific times (“Recurrent Billing Charges”). You must obtain a Consent Form before submitting the first Recurrent Billing Charge. The Consent Form must include the Cardholder’s name, Card account number and signature; the amount of each Recurrent Billing Charge (or, alternatively, a statement that the amount will be variable); the frequency of such Recurrent Billing Charges; the dates the Recurrent Billing Charges will begin and end (or, where there is not an end date, a statement that the Recurrent Billing Charges will remain effective until cancelled); and a statement that the Cardholder may cancel the Consent Form at any time. You must retain Consent Forms for twenty-four (24) months from the date You submit the last Recurrent Billing Charge. Before submitting each Recurrent Billing Charge, You must obtain Authorization and create a Sales Draft record except with the words “Signature on File” on the Cardholder signature line. You must print legibly on the Sales Draft the words “Recurring Transaction”.
Recurring Billing. By using the Service and providing or designating a Payment Method, Customer hereby authorizes Snowflake (or its designee) to charge Customer’s Payment Method on the first day of each month for all applicable Fees during the previous month. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each month may vary depending on Customer’s use of the Service, and authorizes Snowflake to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts. All payment obligations are non-cancelable, and Fees are non-refundable.
