Recurring Billing. By the use of the SOBERLINK® device and/or the provision of the Service, and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize SOBERLINK to charge you periodical and/or recurring monthly fees, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service to your Payment Method, until cancelled in writing by you. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing days per month, promotional offers, and/or changing or adding a Service, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges.
Recurring Billing. 4.1 Where an individual enters into Recurring Billing, they represent that they have full authority to do so and that they are over 18 years of age.
4.2 You agree that the payment method specified by You for Recurring Billing is and will continue to be linked to an account that You own or are otherwise legally authorized to use, and that You will maintain funds or credit limit in the account linked to Your chosen payment method, as applicable to pay using Recurring Billing.
Recurring Billing. By starting their Membership Plan, the Client authorises the Company to charge them the agreed Membership Fee for the Billing Period at the then current rate, and any other charges they may incur in connection with their use of the Services to their Payment Method. The Client acknowledges that the amount billed may vary for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, telephone and SMS charges and/or changing or adding a Membership Plan, and the Client authorises the Company to charge their Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed during the Billing Period in one or more charges.
Recurring Billing. By starting Your Subscription Term, You authorize Licensor to charge You a recurring subscription fee at the then current rate for the duration of the Term that You purchased. When You provide payment information to Licensor or to one of Licensor’s payment processors, You represent that You are the authorized user of any credit or debit card, PIN, key or account associated with that payment, and You authorize Licensor to charge Your credit or debit card or to process Your payment with the chosen third-party payment processor on a recurring basis.
Recurring Billing. By starting a paid Onshape subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, Customer authorizes us to charge Customer a subscription fee at the then current rate, and any other charges Customer may incur (either directly or through its End Users) in connection with Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Onshape Service, to Customer’s Payment Method. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each period may vary for reasons that may include promotional offers, and/or changing a plan, and Customer authorizes us to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed in one or more charges.
Recurring Billing. If you offer recurring billing for a series of separate purchases, Cardholders must accept terms of the continuous authority arrangement which include:
(a) the Cardholder’s name;
(b) the Card number and signature;
(c) the Cardholder’s billing address;
(d) the frequency of the recurring billing Charges
Recurring Billing. By enrolling in the recurring billing plan, you authorize us to charge you a participation fee to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary for reasons that may include (but are not limited to); changes in your age resulting in qualification for different age bracket, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. Price Adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, you will be clearly advised and will receive ample notice via email of price adjustments, any price adjustments to your services will take effect following email notice to you.
Recurring Billing. By accepting this XXXX and providing a Payment Form, You authorize InkSoft to charge the then-current monthly fee and any other charges You may incur in connection with Your use of the Services to Your Payment Form. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary for reasons that may include changes that You initiate to Your Services selection and changes to the Fees charged by InkSoft. You authorize us to charge Your Payment Form for such varying amounts. You acknowledge that Fees are billed and charged one month prior to the Services being provided and that Fees are fully earned upon payment and non-refundable.
Recurring Billing. Some Paid Services may consist of an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment feature , and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. WE MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (RECEIPT OF WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY US) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE WE REASONABLY COULD ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, GO TO ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
