Recurring Billing. By the use of the SOBERLINK® device and/or the provision of the Service, and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize SOBERLINK to charge you periodical and/or recurring monthly fees, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service to your Payment Method, until cancelled in writing by you. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing days per month, promotional offers, and/or changing or adding a Service, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges.

Recurring Billing. By starting a paid Onshape subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, Customer authorizes us to charge Customer a subscription fee at the then current rate, and any other charges Customer may incur (either directly or through its End Users) in connection with Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Onshape Service, to Customer’s Payment Method. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each period may vary for reasons that may include promotional offers, and/or changing a plan, and Customer authorizes us to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed in one or more charges.

Recurring Billing. KindredBox will bill any fees associated with your use of the Premium Services plus applicable tax to the credit card you provide. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, LOG INTO YOUR KINDREDBOX ACCOUNT, CLICK ON “ACCOUNT SETTING” AND UPDATE YOUR BILLING PREFERENCES. Summary: For Premium Services with recurring fees, we will bill the credit card we have on file automatically at the end of each billing period to renew your access to those Premium Services at the price you agreed to pay, unless you tell us far enough in advance that you want to cancel your access to the Premium Services or use a different credit card.
Recurring Billing. 8.1.1. If You offer automatic/recurrent billing for a series of separate Transactions, Cardholders must sign a consent form (“Consent Form”) authorizing You to charge their Card accounts for specific amounts at specific times (“Recurrent Billing Charges”). You must obtain a Consent Form before submitting the first Recurrent Billing Charge. The Consent Form must include the Cardholder’s name, Card account number and signature; the amount of each Recurrent Billing Charge (or, alternatively, a statement that the amount will be variable); the frequency of such Recurrent Billing Charges; the dates the Recurrent Billing Charges will begin and end (or, where there is not an end date, a statement that the Recurrent Billing Charges will remain effective until cancelled); and a statement that the Cardholder may cancel the Consent Form at any time. You must retain Consent Forms for twenty-four (24) months from the date You submit the last Recurrent Billing Charge. Before submitting each Recurrent Billing Charge, You must obtain Authorization and create a Sales Draft record except with the wordsSignature on File” on the Cardholder signature line. You must print legibly on the Sales Draft the words “Recurring Transaction”.
Recurring Billing. By using the Service and providing or designating a Payment Method, Customer hereby authorizes Snowflake (or its designee) to charge Customer’s Payment Method on the first day of each month for all applicable Fees during the previous month. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each month may vary depending on Customer’s use of the Service, and authorizes Snowflake to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts. All payment obligations are non-cancelable, and Fees are non-refundable.
