PAINTING AND WALL COVERING. 1. All wall surfaces shall receive a finish coat of building standard acrylic based spray applied, vinyl paint over one prime coat, or equal. Door frames shall receive one coat of enamel over one prime coat. Doors shall receive a natural finish of one coat of sealer and one coat of varnish.
2. Paint colors shall be selected from a standard color chart with not more than one accent color (flat paint) on one wall in each individual office or room.
3. Where Tenant desires wall covering, Landlord shall initially prepare walls to receive wall covering by application of sizing. Such wall covering shall be furnished and installed at Tenant's expense. Wall covering shall be subject to Landlord's approval prior to installation.
4. Public areas, corridors and lobbies shall be finished in accordance with the Landlord's Architect's finish schedule.

Such wall covering shall be furnished and installed at the Tenant's expense unless otherwise noted as agreed to between the respective parties. Wall covering shall be subject to the Landlord's approval prior to installation.
3. Public areas, corridors and lobbies on multi--tenant floors shall be finished in accordance with the Landlord's Architect's finish schedule.
PAINTING AND WALL COVERING. A. Landlord shall paint all walls, non-acoustically treated ceilings, metal doors and door bucks, and all other masonry or metal surfaces. This painting shall consist of water base, flat on walls, and semi-gloss on doors, bucks and other metal surfaces. Colors for the initial painting of the dry walls partitioning may be selected by Tenant from Landlord's color chart. A finish schedule shall be provided to Landlord by Tenant.
B. Landlord shall provide the Tenant with vinyl wallcovering for all wall surfaces in Reception and Executive suite. Tenant shall select form Landlord's Building Standard material list and samples.
C. All walls shall receive 1 coat of primer and two coats of paint. Color to be selected by tenant.

b. All frames within a single premises shall receive primer and two coats of semi-gloss enamel to be selected from building standard samples. All interior doors shall receive two coats of clear polyurethane.
c. If tenant desires wall covering, it shall be furnished and installed at Tenant's expense with a credit provided for the value of the painting being eliminated.
PAINTING AND WALL COVERING. All partitions, columns, walls and door frames will be primed and painted in flat finish. The color will be chosen by the Tenant from color samples provided by the Landlord. Landlord will provide vinyl wallcovering on all office and school corridor walls and in the reception area.
