Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate. B. Overtime shall be paid to employees for work performed only after eight (8) hours on duty in any one (1) service day or forty (40) hours in any one (1) service week. Nothing in this Section shall be construed by the parties or any reviewing authority to deny the payment of overtime to employees for time worked outside of their regularly scheduled work week at the request of the Employer. Decorations The only acceptable form of affixing items to walls is the use of white sticky tack, and must be removed by the Resident prior to move out, or be subject to removal charges. Spikes, hooks, screws, tacks or nails or any permanent adhesion type tape shall not be put into or on the walls or woodwork, ceilings, furnishings, doors or windows of any part of the Residence. Residents may not decorate the outside of their room door unless for special occasions approved by the Manager. Strings of indoor lights should not be in direct contact with any flammable materials and should not be left on while the room is unattended.
Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section
Decoration 4.5.1 To clean, prepare and paint or treat and generally redecorate all internal parts of the Property in the last year of the Term; 4.5.2 All the work described in Clause 4.5.1 is to be carried out: (i) in a good and workmanlike manner to the Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction; and (ii) in colours which (if different from the existing colour) are first approved in writing by the Landlord (approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed);
Painting All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx SWP exterior gloss paint. 10.1 Wall Corner Guards: Provide clear plastic guards up to 60” AFF on all outside corners to protect vinyl wall covering.
Emergency Overtime In the event of an emergency as defined in Section 13.15 notwithstanding the terms of this Article, the Agency Head or designee may assign someone to temporarily meet the emergency requirements, regardless of the overtime distribution.
Daily Overtime All employees shall be paid the applicable overtime rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day.
Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.
Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.
Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
