Common use of Parallel Operation Obligations Clause in Contracts

Parallel Operation Obligations. The Interconnection Customer shall continue to abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to; 1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth in the Tariff and / or by the Transmission Owner for the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and; 2) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement.

Parallel Operation Obligations. Parallel Operation Obligations. The Interconnection Customer shall continue to abide by all permissible written rules and procedures pertaining developed by the Utility which pertain to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility Facility. In the event of conflicting provisions, the Interconnection Requirements shall take precedence over a Utility’s rule or procedure, unless such Utility rule or procedure is contained in an approved tariff, in which case the applicable control area, including, but not limited to; 1) provisions of the tariff shall apply. Copies of the Utility’s rules and procedures concerning the for parallel operation of generation set forth in the Tariff and / or by the Transmission Owner for the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and; 2) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of are provided as an exhibit to this Agreement.
