Parental and Pregnancy Disability Leave. A. Parental leave will be granted to the employee for the purpose of bonding with their natural newborn, adoptive or xxxxxx child. Leave beyond the period covered by the family medical leave and pregnancy disability may only be denied by the Employer due to operational necessity.
