Park Dues. Tenant acknowledges that the Property is part of a larger development and that certain dues or assessments are owed on a regular periodic basis for additional services or maintenance pursuant to covenants, conditions and restrictions of record. Tenant will pay all such dues attributable to the Property as Additional Rent, or directly, if possible.

Park Dues. Tenant acknowledges that the Property is part of a larger development and that certain dues or assessments will be levied in connection with the maintenance, repair and replacement of the off-site storm water retention facility which serves the Project, and all related storm water piping. Tenant's share of such dues or assessments will be based on a fraction, the numerator of which will be the net rentable area of the Premises and the denominator of which will be the net rentable area of developed buildings serviced by the facility. The dues and assessments will be more particularly set forth in the Declaration.

  • Club Dues The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the monthly membership dues actually incurred by the Executive for one fitness or country club membership maintained by the Executive; provided that the payable or reimbursable amount shall not exceed $700 per month or such additional amount as may be subsequently approved by the Board or a committee thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, except as specifically provided for above, the Company shall not pay or reimburse the Executive for any other expenses associated with such club membership (including, but not limited to, any initiation fees and personal expenditures at such club).

  • Franchise Fees Lessee will maintain in full force and effect, and pay or cause to be paid all fees and other charges payable pursuant to, any Franchise Agreement with respect to the Hotel.

  • Reimbursement of Business Expenses Executive is authorized to incur ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business expenses in connection with the performance of his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement and for the promotion of the Company’s business and activities during this Agreement, including but not limited to expenses for necessary travel and entertainment and other items of expense required in the normal and routine course of Executive’s employment under this Agreement. The Company will reimburse Executive from time to time for all such business expenses actually incurred pursuant to and in conformity with this paragraph and the policies and practices of the Company then in effect relative to the reimbursement of business expenses.

  • Room Rentals All receipts from guest room rentals and other suite revenues for the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs shall be split 50/50 between Buyer and Seller.

  • Asset Management Fees (i) Except as provided in Section 8.03(ii) hereof, the Company shall pay the Advisor as compensation for the services described in Section 3.03 hereof a monthly fee (the “Asset Management Fee”) in an amount equal to one-twelfth of 0.75% of the sum of the Cost of Real Estate Investments and the Cost of Loans and other Permitted Investments. The Advisor shall submit a monthly invoice to the Company, accompanied by a computation of the Asset Management Fee for the applicable period. The Asset Management Fee shall be payable on the last day of such month, or the first business day following the last day of such month. The Asset Management Fee may or may not be taken, in whole or in part, as to any period in the sole discretion of the Advisor. All or any portion of the Asset Management Fees not taken as to any period shall be deferred without interest and may be paid in such other fiscal period as the Advisor shall determine.

  • Property Management Fee For its services in managing the day-to-day operations of the Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Company shall pay to Property Manager an annual property management fee (the “Property Management Fee”) equal to 4.0% of the Gross Revenue (as hereinafter defined). The Property Management Fee shall be prorated for any partial year and shall be payable in equal monthly installments, in advance. The Property Management Fee shall be payable on the first day of each month from the Operating Account or from other funds timely provided by the Company. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the parties will prorate the Property Management Fee on a daily basis to the effective date of such expiration or termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Gross Revenue” shall mean all gross collections from the operations of the Property, including, without limitation, rental receipts, late fees, application fees, pet fees, damages, lease buy-out payments, reimbursements by Tenants for common area expenses, operating expenses and taxes and similar pass-through obligations paid by Tenants, but shall expressly exclude (i) security deposits received from Tenants and interest accrued thereon for the benefit of the Tenants until such deposits or interest are included in the taxable income of the Company; (ii) advance rents (but not lease buy-out payments) until the month in which payments are to apply as rental income; (iii) reimbursements by Tenants for work done for a particular Tenant; (iv) proceeds from the sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the Property; (v) insurance proceeds received by the Company as a result of any insured loss (except proceeds from rent insurance or the excess of insurance proceeds for repairs over the actual costs of such repairs); (vi) condemnation proceeds not attributable to rent; (vii) capital contributions made by the Company; (viii) proceeds from capital, financing and any other transactions not in the ordinary course of the operation of the Property; (ix) income derived from interest on investments or otherwise; (x) abatement of taxes, awards arising out of takings by eminent domain and discounts and dividends on insurance policies; and (xi) rental concessions not paid by third parties.

  • HORIZONR Gateway HORIZONR Gateway provides customers with the ability to (i) generate reports using information maintained on the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System which may be viewed or printed at the customer’s location; (ii) extract and download data from the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System; and (iii) access previous day and historical data.   • Trade Association Fees All fees, dues and other expenses incurred in connection with the Trust's membership in any trade association or other investment organization.
