Common use of Parking and Transportation Clause in Contracts

Parking and Transportation. Section 1. Proper parking facilities shall be available to the employees covered by this agreement within close proximity of their regular work location in accordance with the provisions of the University Transportation and Parking Programs. Section 2. The Employer shall maintain adequate lighting in all parking areas. Section 3. The Employer agrees to discuss with the Union any proposed changes in the Parking and Transportation Program and will inform the Union and all employees prior to implementing any such change.
