Employee Parking Fees Authority reserves the right to charge Company or its employees a reasonable and non-discriminatory parking fee based on Authority's cost of providing services and facilities for the employee parking areas provided at the Airport. If Company is invoiced by Authority for parking fees, payment is due to Authority within 15 days from the date of the invoice, or parking privileges may be terminated.
Parking Fees The University will allow faculty who complete the necessary forms to receive one (1) parking decal at no cost, and have the cost of additional parking decal fees deducted from their payroll check on a pre-tax basis.
Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.
Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Special Allowances The Bank shall provide Executive with either the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance and either the use of a cellular telephone or a cellular telephone allowance during the Employment Period in accordance with the standard policies and practices of the Bank and consistent with that provided to Executive as of the Effective Date; provided that the allowance for a given year must be paid to the Executive not later than 2.5 months after the end of such year.
Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.
