Common use of Part-Time Employees – Health Benefits During Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Employees – Health Benefits During Leave of Absence. ‌ Part-time employees shall be eligible to participate in the medical benefit plans and/or the dental plans on a prorated basis, as defined in Section 10.2.6. For pay periods with no paid status hours, pro-ration shall be based on the employee’s FTE.
