Part-Time Employees Working 20 or More Hours. Xxxxxx Street agrees to pay 50% of the premium cost of Single Subscriber coverage under the PPO plan for Part-Time employees assigned a regular work schedule of twenty (20) hours or more per week. Employees shall be responsible for any remaining premium cost selected by the employee. Employees may elect to use employer contributions under the PPO towards any other health insurance plan offered by Xxxxxx Street.
