Part‐time Office Assistant. The High School District agrees to reimburse the District for a 0.26 FTE part‐time office assistant to support the Middle College principal, and teachers and the day‐to‐day operation of the program. Duties may include, but are not limited to, processing Middle College applications, interacting/consulting with college staff members, contacting students and families, preparing for Middle College events, mailing/processing grades and documents, ordering supplies and instructional materials, have access to the district’s student information system and assisting students with registration and high school transcript analysis. Serves as the conduit between SMCCD and SMUHSD. District will invoice SMUHSD for salary and benefits, quarterly. Payments shall be made payable to San Mateo County Community College District, Accounts Receivable, 0000 XXX Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, processing Middle College applications, interacting/consulting with college staff members, contacting students and families, preparing for Middle College events, mailing/processing grades and documents, completing tasks within the SMUHSD student information system, ordering supplies and instructional materials, access to Banner, and assisting students with registration.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Plan An employee may designate an amount per calendar year, from earnings on which there will be no federal income tax withholding for dependent care assistance (as defined in Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code as amended from time to time.)

The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • FALSELY ACCUSED EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE 1. When a teacher has been accused of child abuse or sexual misconduct in the course of exercising their duties as an employee of the Board, and

  • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Employee Assistance Drug and alcohol counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance are available from or through the Employer’s employee assistance program provider(s) (E.A.P.).

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.
