Part-Time Paid Time Off Accumulation. An employee filling a part-time position shall be entitled to paid time off benefits provided by this Article in that proportion that the number of Court work hours bears to a full-time position, but in no case shall a part-time employee be allowed benefits until the employee has completed an aggregate of one hundred fifty (150) Court work hours as a part-time employee.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company’s policy in place from time to time; provided, however, that Executive shall be eligible to accrue no less than twenty (20) days per calendar year (with such amount prorated for the balance of 2017).

  • Sick Leave Accumulation (a) An employee is eligible to accumulate sick leave with full pay at the rate of 16 working hours for each 173 1/3 hours of service. (b) The maximum number of days of sick leave which may be awarded to an employee during any consecutive twenty (20) year period of service shall not exceed 3840 hours.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time. An employee who has acquired the maximum allowable accumulation of earned leave may continue to accumulate earned leave for the balance of the year in which the maximum accrual was reached, provided, however, that the employee must reduce the accumulation to the maximum allowable prior to the following March 31 or forfeit the excess.
