Common use of Part-time sick leave Clause in Contracts

Part-time sick leave. An employee with a partial incapacity to work (part-time sick leave), who performs part-time work and is paid a part-time salary and who at the same time receives a part of his/her compensation from the Social Insurance Agency, shall, apart from his/her salary for hours worked, receive part of the sick pay he/she would have re- ceived in the event of a full incapacity to work. Deductions are made according to the rules above with the corresponding parts of the amounts stated there. Time ac- cording to the above is calculated as a full period of sick pay.
