Common use of Partial Payment Leave Clause in Contracts

Partial Payment Leave. a. Substitute paid by the District; necessary expenses paid by the employee or outside agency. This category applies to employees authorized by the Board to represent the District in cooperation with outside agencies at conferences, meetings, symposiums and seminars. The District Substitute Employee Caller shall be responsible for arranging for a substitute.
