Partially Paid Leave Jury Duty Leave. The employee who receives a jury duty interview and appearance notice must notify the Superintendent's office within one (1) workday of such notice. The employee shall forfeit to the Board the money paid solely for jury duty and subpoenaed witness duty, not including mileage.
