Participation in Development. Upon reasonable request by the other party, each party agrees to cooperate during the term of this Agreement in the provision of suggestions and specifications for enhancement and improvement of their respective products and services based upon the needs and requirements of their respective customers. If either party agrees to develop additional products, features, functionality, or interfaces, the material terms with respect to such additional development shall be memorialized in a written addendum to this Agreement specifying such terms.

Participation in Development. McKesson and Vital Product management groups shall meet on a agreed-upon basis for the purposes of gathering input for the future direction and ongoing development of Vital Software and to product rollout schedules, release schedules, and contemplated new releases and enhancements.
Participation in Development. WebMD shall provide HBOC with ---------------------------- frequent communication regarding contemplated New Releases, Enhancements, and other product directions, including providing HBOC with access to WebMD Services under development in order that HBOC may fully utilize all the features of the WebMD Services as early as is technically feasible, all of which shall be provided to HBOC no later than provided to any other third party distributor of the WebMD Services. WebMD agrees not to add incremental provider content solutions without first previewing comparable HBOC solutions.
Participation in Development. HBOC may, upon mutual agreement, participate in any development councils or other customer steering committees which Business Partner may establish to gather input for the future direction and ongoing development of BP Software. Business Partner shall also provide HBOC with frequent communication regarding contemplated New Releases, Enhancements, and other product directions, including providing HBOC with copies of BP Software under development in order that HBOC may fully utilize all the features of the BP Software as early as is technically feasible, all of which shall be provided to HBOC no later than provided to any third party.

  • Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.

  • Independent Development Receiving Party may currently or in the future be developing information internally, or receiving information internally, or receiving information from other parties that may be similar to the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information.   • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members. (b) Information collected as part of this program shall be the sole property of the faculty member.   • Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund.
