Participation in Employer Benefit Plans. Until the termination of Employee’s employment, Employee will be eligible to participate in all compensation programs and employee benefit plans maintained by Employer from time to time and generally available to the officers and employees of Employer, subject to the terms of such programs and plans. Employer reserves the right to amend or cancel any compensation programs and employee benefit plans at any time in its sole discretion, subject to the terms of such programs and plans and applicable law.

Participation in Employer Benefit Plans. Until the termination of Employee's employment, Employee will be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans generally available to the officers and employees of Employer in accordance with the terms of such plans. After the termination of Employee, Employer will use reasonable efforts to have Employee continue to be covered under the Employer's health insurance plans at Employee's own expense. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that any employee benefits provided to the Employee incident to the Employee's employment are governed by the applicable plan documents, summary plan descriptions or employment policies, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the applicable documents.
