Parties of Agreement. This Master Contract is a collective bargaining agreement between the Kings Canyon Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as the “District” and the California School Employees Association and its Kings Canyon Chapter #148, herein after referred to as “CSEA” or the “Association”.
Parties of Agreement. A. This MFTA, the OWP, the annual OWPA and any related agreements are solely between the named parties thereto and no express or implied benefit to entities or individuals not a party thereto is intended or to be inferred. There are no third-party beneficiaries to or of this MFTA or any OWP, or annual OWPA or any other agreement pertaining hereto.

The City of Cockburn Collective Workplace Agreement 2007 (The Agreement) is a Union Collective Agreement and the parties to this Agreement are: • the City of Cockburn. • the City of Cockburn employees employed under the terms and conditions of the previous Local Government Officers' (Western Australian) Award 1999 and the Municipal Employees (Western Australia) Award 1999 and as described in Appendices 7 and 8. • the LGRCEU - Western Australian Shire Councils, Municipal Roads Boards, Health Boards, Parks, Cemeteries and Race Courses, Public Authorities Water Boards Union. • Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia. • Australian Municipal, Administrative and Clerical Services Union This Agreement does not apply to the position of CEO or designated senior employees whose employment will be governed by a written contract prepared in accordance with Section 5.39 of the Local Government Act 1995, or those employees on maximum term contracts.
