PARTNERSHIP COMMITMENT. This Memorandum of Understanding begins July 1, 2022 and runs through the 2022-23 school year. The partners mutually agree that the iJAG program will operate within the principles, policies, procedures and JAG standards as outlined in this document and agreed to by the participating school, iJAG, and Jobs for America's Graduates. It is a mutually agreed that efforts will be made to continue the iJAG/JAG accredited program in the school the next school year based on the availability of funding, an adequate number of students to make the program cost effective, and mutual satisfaction with the program based on this Memorandum of Understanding. Marshalltown Community School District agrees to pay $100,000 for 2022-23 program school year to iJAG. PARTNERSHIP COMMITMENT. The City and the Federal MAFPE signatories to this MOA agree to abide by the terms of this MOA and to the key objectives outlined in the May 16, 2000 Agreement. The Federal MAFPE partners will assist the City in the planning, implementation and completion of the appended list of projects outlined in Section D below. The commitment of personnel and funding in furtherance of this agreement shall be authorized solely by individual task agreements identifying each project, the amount of funding obligated therefor and any other terms and conditions and executed by the parties thereto. The signatories to this MOA will support these projects to promote sustainable development and smart growth within their respective authorities.

The partners mutually agree that the DBQ County Conservation Outdoor Adventure Program will operate within the principles, policies, procedures as outlined in this document and agreed to by the DCCB, DCSD and DBQ County Conservation Naturalist. It is a mutually agreed that efforts will be made to continue the Outdoor Adventure program in the school the next school year based on the availability of funding and mutual satisfaction with the program based on this Memorandum of Understanding. Should areas of non-compliance with the Outdoor Adventures Program model arise, and all efforts to reach agreement have failed, either party reserves the right to terminate this contract with 60 days written notice.   • Commitment Within 20 days after the Title Company receives a copy of this contract, Seller shall furnish to Buyer a commitment for title insurance (Commitment) and, at Buyer's expense, legible copies of restrictive covenants and documents evidencing exceptions in the Commitment (Exception Documents) other than the standard printed exceptions. Seller authorizes the Title Company to deliver the Commitment and Exception Documents to Buyer at Buyer's address shown in Paragraph 21. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered to Buyer within the specified time, the time for delivery will be automatically extended up to 15 days or 3 days before the Closing Date, whichever is earlier. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered within the time required, Buyer may terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer.

  • Additional Commitments The Parties may negotiate commitments with respect to measures affecting trade in services not subject to scheduling under Article 106 (National Treatment) or Article 107 (Market Access), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters. Such commitments shall be inscribed in a Party's Schedule.

  • Service Commitment Newly hired nurses and currently employed nurses who voluntarily choose to relocate and receive a relocation allowance may be required to serve for a minimum of two years at their base before they will be considered for transfer to another base. This commitment will not apply when the employer and nurse mutually agree to waive it and when relocation occurs as a result of layoff/rehire.

  • Maximum Commitment The maximum aggregate amount payable by NYSERDA to the Contractor shall be the amount appearing at Item 5 of page one of this Agreement. NYSERDA shall not be liable for any costs or expenses in excess of such amount incurred by the Contractor in the performance and completion of the Work.
