Partnership Working Arrangements and Governance. Age UK Bristol is the legally accountable body to the Big Lottery Fund. The Age UK Bristol Board signs off all key decisions including applications to Big Lottery Fund. The Age UK Bristol Board delegates decision making around the development and ultimately the delivery of Bristol Ageing Better (BAB) Programme to the BAB Strategic Programme Group. The Strategic Programme Group meets six weekly and comprises key partners from the voluntary, statutory and private sectors as well as older people. The selection of group members takes into account the breadth of knowledge, experience and influence required for the leadership of the Programme. The BAB Partnership includes over 250 partners who all have a major interest in the health and wellbeing of older people and capacity to contribute to addressing their loneliness and isolation. It contains all the significant organisations supporting older people in the city. The BAB Programme Management Team is lead by the BAB Programme Director who reports to the Age UK Bristol Chief Executive, Strategic Programme Group and the Age UK Bristol Board. The Programme Management Team includes the BAB Programme Manager, Communications Officer, Project Officers, Programme Administrator, Contracts & Finance Officer as well as Learning & Monitoring Officer. The Programme Director and Programme Manager between them will manage the formal contracts (including legal and financial agreements) with the BAB delivery partners once commissioning of services has occurred and Partnership Agreements/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place for the individual BAB projects.

The Partnership meets prior to BAB Board meetings and its deliberations inform and influence Board decisions. It contains all the significant organisations supporting older people in the city. The BAB Programme Management Team is lead by the BAB Programme Director who reports to the Age UK Bristol Chief Executive, BAB Programme Board and through the Chief Executive to the Age UK Bristol Board. The Programme Management Team includes the BAB Programme Manager, Communications Officer, Contracts & Finance Officer, Age Friendly Officer, Learning & Evidence Officer, Partnership Support Officer and Programme Administrator. The Programme Director and Programme Manager between them will manage the formal contracts (including legal and financial agreements) with the BAB delivery partners once commissioning of services has occurred and Partnership Agreements/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place for the individual BAB projects. The BAB Sponsors Group will support the BAB Director and Manager in their work.   • Working Arrangements As part of a process leading to improvements, it is recognised that hot weather procedures including relocation, must be part of the formal OH&S procedures developed, adopted and managed on a project basis having regard for the different conditions that may prevail on projects in various locations. When the temperature approaches 35 degrees C, the consultative process outlined in sub-clause 24.1.4 of the VBIA shall occur, with an intention that employees may leave site if the temperature actually reaches 35 degrees C. If the temperature reaches 35 degrees C, the task or activity being performed will be completed before work is to cease and the penalty provisions as for emergency work under the NBCIA shall apply. By agreement with the OH&S committee and head contractor during periods of inclement weather (heat) the Saturday break roster can be applied for weekday work.

Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to oversight of school management, including but not limited to: • (For Education Service Providers [ESPs]) maintaining authority over management, holding it accountable for performance as agreed under a written performance agreement and requiring annual financial reports of the ESP • (For Others) oversight of management that includes holding it accountable for performance expectations that may or may not be agreed to under a written performance agreement Measure 3c Is the school complying with data and reporting requirements? Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to relevant reporting requirements to the State Public Charter School Commission, State Department of Education as the State Education Agency (SEA) and sole Local Education Agency (LEA) and/or federal authorities, including but not limited to: • Compliance with minimum educational data reporting standards established by the BOE • Maintaining and reporting accurate enrollment and attendance data • Maintaining and reporting accurate personnel data • Annual reporting and immediate notice requirements • Additional information requested by the State Public Charter School Commission

  • Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract.
